Chronicles of Avalys
A 200 by 200 tile map drawn by hand, a Capital at its centre, and everything else under a veil. Explore, clear the land, build, link your towns by road, and grow a kingdom that keeps producing while you are away.
In internal testing
"A kingdom is not an inheritance. It is an oath renewed at every dawn."
One turn every ten seconds
The game never stops and never waits for you: every ten seconds, a turn drops into your coffers whatever is produced by everything connected to the Capital. The rest waits for its road, and you keep playing meanwhile.
Explore
Each veiled tile asks for exploration points, and the price rises with the distance to the Capital. Upgrades buy speed, never a discount.
Clear or plant
Free the ground to build, or plant a forest to feed the sawmills nearby. Placement matters as much as the building itself.
Build
Farms, sawmills, quarries, furnaces, ports, barracks: the terrain decides what it accepts, and the road decides what produces.
Upgrade
Raise one type of producer across the whole kingdom at once, or grow the Capital up to level 40. Every tier unlocks something else.

Avalys, the legendary city
It sleeps on an island to the west, buried under the forest for centuries. Follow its legend, find it, and pull it out of the ground one tile at a time: everything must be excavated first, then restored, then completed. The deeper a tile lies, the more it costs.
Avalys is not an end game trophy sitting in a corner: it is a three hundred tile building site that grows with you, and gives back to the kingdom what it has explored.
Every decision shows on the map
Six materials
Gold, wood, stone, clay, iron and steel, plus food, workforce, gems and soldiers. Storage does not give each one the same share.
The road makes the kingdom
A building cut off from the network produces nothing. Connecting your towns is a decision about the ground, not a formality.
Sieges and fleets
Enemy camps hold towns, every assault states your odds, your armies cross the sea by boat, and a Kraken is hunted as a fleet from a port.
Chronicles of the reign
Discoveries, royal seals, edicts, daily quests: the game keeps the journal of your reign and always tells you where you stand.
Your game follows you
Cloud save with a Google account, and a save file of a few hundred bytes: the map itself lives inside the game.
The kingdom opens soon
Chronicles of Avalys is running in internal testing, version after version. The Google Play page will follow as soon as the kingdom is ready for visitors.
