Which app is this about?

This procedure applies to Chroniques d'Avalys (package com.wobblebot.avalys_chronicles), published on Google Play by WobbleBot Studio.

Deleting your local progress (no account needed)

Your game progress is stored on your device by default. To erase it, open the in-game menu and use the Reset option, or uninstall the app. No request to us is needed. If you are signed in, Reset also replaces the save stored in your account with the fresh game: the old progress is gone, but an (empty) save document and your account record remain on our side until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your account and your cloud save

If you signed in with Google to enable cloud save, send us an email and we will delete your account and everything attached to it:

Write “Account deletion” in the subject line, and send the email from the Google address you signed in with — that is how we identify your account. If you cannot use that address, tell us the display name shown in the app so we can find you.

We answer within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

What gets deleted

When you ask for account deletion, we permanently erase:

• Your authentication record (email address, display name, profile photo URL, Firebase user ID)
• Your cloud save (your entire game progress stored in Firebase Firestore)
• Your gameplay statistics (the balancing samples sent while you were signed in, stored under your account identifier)
• Your friends data, if you ever chose a display name: the name itself and the claim on it (so someone else can take it afterwards), your friends list on both sides, any pending invitation in either direction, your block list, and any chest waiting for you

Your friends are not told, and nothing of yours stays in their game: the chests you sent were never stored as anything of yours — what a chest contains is worked out on the receiving device.

This is irreversible. Your progress cannot be restored afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

• Crash reports: kept up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics, then deleted automatically. They contain no personal information and are not linked to your account.
• Usage analytics: kept up to 14 months by Google Analytics for Firebase, then deleted automatically. This data is not linked to your account either.
• Local game data: stays on your own device until you reset the game or uninstall the app. We have no way to reach it.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can clear your progress at any time with the in-game Reset option, and you can sign out to stop cloud sync. While signed in, Reset also overwrites the cloud copy with the fresh game, so the old progress cannot be recovered afterwards. To erase the cloud save document itself while keeping your account, email us at the address above and say so.
